The Katylst.ai operator training mechanism operates through five sequential stages: orientation (GII architecture and category positioning), system learning (LST_v1 Phase 0 and Tasklete operations), practice build (operator executes a complete build on the demo intake before touching a real client), sales activation (outreach launch using the Game Theory email sequence), and client onboarding (first real client intake, Phase 0, and build delivery).
The mechanism's critical design principle is build-before-sell: operators execute a complete practice LST_v1 build before conducting their first sales conversation. This ensures competence confidence—the operator has personally produced the deliverable and can speak to every element of it from direct experience. Practice build completion is a gate before sales activation.
